About
Every growth-stage company plans its org through a tangle of spreadsheets, slack threads, and stale slide decks. People, management, and finance each keep their own version. By Q3, no one trusts any of them.
Trellista is built for the cross-functional team that owns the plan — and wants to run it proactively, adaptively, and in alignment with everyone who depends on it. Every change is structured. Every opening is reviewed. Budget vs forecast is continuous, not a quarterly fire drill.
And because the work is complex, we're introducing Ivy: an AI thought partner who iterates on plans with you, weighs your priorities and constraints, and grounds every recommendation in your actual org and industry benchmarks.
Who's behind it

Matt Woo is the founder of Trellista. Over the past decade, he’s worked across a variety of companies and industries, building and supporting the systems that help organizations grow — spanning talent, people operations, compensation, organizational planning, and workforce strategy.
Throughout his career, Matt has seen the same challenge repeat itself: some of the most important decisions in a company were being managed through disconnected systems and fragile workflows. Trellista was born from the belief that people teams deserve infrastructure designed for how modern companies actually operate and scale.
The name Trellista comes from the idea of a trellis — a structure that supports healthy growth over time. That’s the role Trellista aims to play for companies: providing the people infrastructure strategic teams need to help their organizations grow with clarity, alignment, and resilience.
